In a world where mindset shapes reality, Tsikki Thau has become a guiding force for those learning to align intention with action. As a manifestation coach, Tsikki blends self-awareness, discipline, and belief to help others step into their highest potential. I recently sat down with Tsikki, to explore her journey into manifestation, the principles behind her coaching, and how intentional thinking can lead to real, lasting transformation.

Stephanie Shehan: Tell me about your background.

Tsikki Thau: I’ve been a meditation and stress-management coach for 30 years, and in many ways I feel like this work chose me long before I understood its meaning. I started meditating at the age of 4, long before I knew what meditation was.

I’ve spent decades studying the mind, energy psychology, emotional regulation, and the deep patterns that shape our lives. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to coach clients all over the world, from people simply wanting more peace to leaders carrying enormous responsibility, to individuals on the edge of powerful personal transformation.

Today, I’m also a celebrated author with Llewellyn Worldwide. My book, Attract It All, brings together my lifetime of experience: the science of the mind, the language of energy, and the spiritual principles that have guided me since childhood.

SS: Your work is multifaceted. Tell me about the various services you provide.

TT: My work weaves together meditation, stress management, energy psychology, and manifestation coaching. I guide clients through emotional release techniques, belief-shifting work, intuitive insight, and practical daily tools that help them create real change in their lives.

I also teach workshops, lead private intensives, and support clients through transformative life moments, whether it’s healing from stress, navigating relationships, elevating leadership, or stepping into their highest potential. Everything I do is centered on helping people reconnect with their own inner power and emotional freedom.

SS: What originally inspired you to do the work you do?

TT: Since I was young, I’ve been fascinated with energy, how it moves, how it speaks, how it reveals truth without words. I could always feel when something shifted in a room, or when someone’s emotions were asking to be seen. That sensitivity became my compass. My calling!

As I grew older, I realized how deeply people struggled with stress, inner conflict, and a sense of disconnection from themselves. I knew I wanted to help people understand their energy, their emotions, and their ability to reshape their reality. That calling has guided every step of my career. I trusted the universe no matter what I was told and no matter how many rejections I received.

SS: Talk a bit about S.N.A.P. and other methods you utilize in your work.

TT: S.N.A.P. is a method I use to help clients relax immediately and interrupt old patterns and rewire emotional responses. I came up with this quick system that only takes 1-3 minutes to achieve a state of relaxation, since many people on the go would tell me that they don’t have time to meditate. It stands for Surrender Nerves, Attract peace. powerful, quick step reset that brings awareness, peace, relaxation, and an instant smile to your face.

Beyond S.N.A.P., I use techniques from energy psychology, somatic awareness, manifestation principles, breathwork, and subconscious rewiring. My approach is holistic and intuitive; I meet the client exactly where they are and guide them toward where they want to go, mind, body, and energy aligned. I am purely addicted to my life called work.

SS: What misconceptions about therapy or coaching do you encounter most often?

TT: One of the biggest misconceptions is the idea that healing must take years or that the answers live outside of us. People often believe they’re “broken” or doing something wrong because traditional methods haven’t worked for them. But most of the time, they simply haven’t been taught how to listen to their energy, regulate their emotions, and shift the beliefs running beneath the surface.

Most people were not taught how to love themselves.

Another misconception is that positivity alone creates change. Yes, it helps, but true healing comes from integrating what we feel, not bypassing it. Accepting change and owning our faults. Willpower acts as the main key to healing and reaching our greatest goals on multiple levels.

SS: How do you help clients who feel “stuck” after years of trying different therapies and coaching?

TT: When someone feels stuck, it’s almost always because they’re working at the surface while the real block sits deeper in the subconscious, in the nervous system, or in unprocessed emotional energy. I help clients access the actual root of their patterns. I am nicknamed a “manifestation Queen.” I personally call it compassion!

We bring awareness to the energetic imprint behind the behavior, we release emotional tension from the body, and we introduce new beliefs that the mind can finally accept. Once the energy shifts, everything else follows. People who felt stuck for years often experience transformation very quickly because they’re finally working with the right layer of their being. They finally feel truly seen, loved, and achieved.

SS: You’ve coached leaders and high-performance professionals. What distinguishes those who truly thrive?

TT: The people who thrive are the ones who are willing to be deeply honest with themselves. They understand that emotional mastery is just as important as skill. They don’t see self-work as weakness; they see it as a superpower.

They are willing to accept a big change and ultimately, celebrate the change!

SS: If someone could only adopt one simple practice to improve their mental well-being, what would you suggest?

TT: I would tell them to pause, just for one minute, several times a day, taking deep breaths with their eyes closed and simply notice their energy shift and be grateful for their heartbeats. Do not judge it, do not fix it, just notice. The pause breaks align your mind and nervous system instantly. Awareness is the doorway to every transformation. When we reconnect with our breath and our inner state, we begin to shift out of survival mode and into creation mode. This leads to a deep gratitude practice daily. My personal passion.

That tiny practice has changed more lives than people expect.

SS: What inspired you to write Attract It All? Tell me about the book.

TT: My absolute dream for decades. Clients kept asking me to put my teachings into a guide they could return to again and again. I wanted to give people a book that didn’t just inspire them, it empowered them with actual tools and practices they could use immediately. I wanted to educate with real, life-changing stories of success and manifestations from my own clients. I desired to reach people globally and change lives. Their positive change is my reward!

Attract It All is a blend of true life stories, science, psychology, energy work, and spiritual wisdom. It teaches readers how to understand their emotional patterns, clear energetic blocks, and manifest from a place of alignment instead of force. It’s both a mirror and a roadmap, an invitation to meet yourself at a deeper level.

SS: What do you hope your legacy in the healing world will be?

TT: I hope my legacy is that I helped people remember their own power. That I showed them they are not broken, they are not behind, and they are not alone.

If my work teaches people to listen to their energy, trust their inner wisdom, and create lives that reflect who they truly are, then I’ve done what I came here to do. I want my legacy to be one of healing, empowerment, and awakening one heart at a time.

SS: Just a few more questions, just for fun... Coffee, tea, or meditation first?

TT: A hundred percent meditation first, although while meditating, I visualize coffee

SS: What is a habit you never skip?

TT: A habit I never skip is multiple gratitude practices a day, and pause breaks

SS: What is a mantra you love?

TT: My favorite mantra that keeps me sane! “Everything is in perfect order.”

SS: Was there a lesson you learned the hard way?

TT: A lesson I learned the hard way throughout my life is not speaking up and standing up for myself.

SS: What is the best advice you have ever received?

TT: The best advice I have ever received is to face public speaking, cameras, and stage fears because it is not about me, but the message I have to deliver.
