As the chill of November settles in, Leilani and I find ourselves reminiscing about the many Thanksgivings we’ve spent together. Leilani, always the perfect host, knows how to make any gathering feel like a cozy celebration. This year, we’ve crafted a recipe that brings those same vibes into your home. Whether you’re hosting a small event or just looking to treat yourself, our CBD-infused honey creations are the perfect touch. Light, crisp, and oh-so-satisfying, they bring a little extra warmth to your Holiday Season.

CBD Infused Honey

Ingredients:

1 cup raw honey

1-2 grams of CBD isolate powder (adjust according to desired potency)


Preparation:

1. Warm the Honey: In a small saucepan, gently heat the raw honey over low heat until it’s warm but not boiling (around 95-100°F or 35-38°C).

2. Add CBD: Stir in the CBD isolate powder slowly, making sure it dissolves completely into the warm honey.

3. Mix Well: Continue to stir for 3-5 minutes until the CBD isolate is fully incorporated.

4. Store: Pour the infused honey into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months..


CBD Infused Honey Almond Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour (gluten-free)

1/4 cup butter, softened (or vegan butter)

1/4 cup CBD-infused honey

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt


Preparation:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the Dough: In a bowl, combine almond flour, softened butter, CBD-infused honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Shape the Cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into small balls. Flatten each ball gently with your hands or a fork onto the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.


CBD Infused Cranberry Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh cranberry juice

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon CBD-infused honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 cup sparkling water

Ice cubes


Preparation:

1. Prepare the Ginger: In a small glass, muddle the grated ginger with the CBD-infused honey until well mixed.

2. Mix the Drink: Add the fresh cranberry juice and lime juice to the ginger-honey mixture. Stir until combined.

3. Assemble: Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the cranberry-ginger mixture over the ice, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.

4. Garnish (Optional): Add a lime slice or a few fresh cranberries for a festive touch.
