Non-Invasive Body Sculpting with Microcurrent: Real Results from Vanity Beauty
My regimen continues to evolve as I learn more and experiment on myself. As a biohacker and longevity coach, I’m always eager to learn from new connections. Every month at my Biohacking Las Vegas meetups, I pick up fresh insights and tools.
Back in January, I was introduced to some exciting applications of microcurrent therapy. My friend Hannah from Vanity Beauty explained how it uses very low-level electrical currents—typically in the microamp range—that closely mimic the body’s natural bioelectrical signals.
Microcurrent works by delivering precise, gentle currents that boost ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, enhance cellular repair, reduce inflammation, stimulate muscle tissue, and support processes like lipolysis (fat breakdown). It’s commonly used for facial toning, muscle recovery, skin tightening, and even modest fat reduction when paired with a healthy lifestyle. Some studies have shown meaningful reductions in both subcutaneous and visceral abdominal fat.
Intrigued by its non-invasive nature, I booked my first session with Hannah on March 23rd. She’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain the entire process. She offers everything from full facials (a popular Botox alternative) to targeted body treatments for the legs, arms, and abs. She also documents progress with before-and-after photos and precise measurements.
For my abdominal session, I wore a comfortable belt with strategically placed metal pads. The device then delivered gentle electrical pulses that caused my muscles to contract rhythmically. I relaxed in a comfortable chair for about an hour, chatting with Hannah and learning more about the technology. When the session ended, the results were impressive: I had lost a full inch off my waist and stomach. The difference in the photos was equally striking.
I’m now four sessions in, and the changes are clearly visible. I plan to continue once a week for the next few months to maximize results. So far, I’m extremely impressed—this is quickly becoming one of my favorite biohacks.
If you’re in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend booking a consultation with Hannah at Vanity Beauty. It’s a simple, effective tool that almost anyone can benefit from.
