Welcome to another edition of Biohacking with JohnXD! In this issue, I’m excited to share a discovery that has profoundly impacted my biohacking and wellness journey, fundamentally changing my approach to fitness. Back in 2022, when we reopened OsteoStrong, I was focused on getting back into shape. As the owner of a biohacking center, I was always on the lookout for innovative modalities to support my goals.
